Your feedback after each session is one of the most valuable things you can do — both for your own learning and for the platform. It helps us match you with Experts whose teaching style fits you best, and it gives your Experts concrete signals on how to make your next session even better.
When can I leave feedback?
Right after your session ends, the app shows you a feedback prompt — a quick screen where you can rate the Expert and share a short note about how the session went. This is the fastest way to leave feedback while the conversation is still fresh in your mind.
If you missed the prompt — maybe the call ended in a rush, or you wanted to think about it first — you can still leave feedback later. Just go to the My Recordings section of the app, find the session you want to review, and leave your feedback from there.
Step-by-step
Option 1: Right after the session
- When your session ends, the feedback prompt appears automatically.
- Rate your Expert on the star scale.
- Optionally, share a short note — what went well, what could have been better, anything specific you'd like more help with next time.
- Submit.
Option 2: Later, from My Recordings
- Open the My Recordings section in the app.
- Find the session you want to leave feedback on.
- Tap on it and look for the rate/feedback option.
- Rate your Expert and add your note.
- Submit.
Why it matters
Honest, specific feedback helps in three ways:
- It helps you: thinking about what worked and what didn't reinforces the learning from the session itself.
- It helps your Experts: they get clear signals on how they can support you better in future sessions.
- It helps the platform: consistent feedback is what keeps our quality bar high and helps us continue matching you with Experts whose style fits yours.
