How can I pay? What are the payment methods?

You can pay for your EngVarta plan in the app, through our secure payment partner Razorpay. In India you can pay with UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking, wallets or credit-card EMI. From outside India you can pay with a credit card or PayPal.

To pay, open Plans & Pricing in the app, build your plan and continue to payment. Then choose your payment method on the secure Razorpay payment screen. That screen always shows the options available to you.

How can I pay from outside India?

If you're paying from outside India, you can use:

• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• PayPal

International prices are shown in USD. The 100% refundable trial costs $1. The price of a paid plan depends on the session length, number of sessions and validity you choose. If your card or PayPal account uses a different currency, your card provider or PayPal handles the conversion.

How can I pay from India?

If you're paying from India, you have several options. We recommend UPI because it's quick and simple.

• UPI (recommended): pay with Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm UPI or any other UPI app. Just scan the QR code or enter your UPI ID.
• Debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
• Credit cards: all major Indian and international cards
• Net banking: all major Indian banks
• Wallets: for example PayZapp and Mobikwik
• QR code payment: scan to pay
• EMI: on credit cards from most major Indian banks, usually for 3 to 24 months. See How to pay the fee in EMI?

Don't have a credit card?

UPI, debit cards, net banking and wallets all work without a credit card. EMI is available on credit cards only. See our guide on paying without a credit card or bank account.

What if my payment fails?

If a payment fails or you have any questions, tap Customer Support in the app or write to care@engvarta.com. Our team will get back to you during working hours.

Can I get a refund?

Trial plans (₹69 / $1) are 100% refundable within 24 hours of use. See How to request a refund for your Trial plan.

Paid plans are non-refundable. If a session was affected by an issue on our side, the minutes can be credited back to your plan.
