What is a batch on EngVarta?

A batch is the hour you set for your daily practice. During your batch hour, you can call anytime to complete your session for the day.

Can I call outside my batch hour?

Yes, when the app isn't busy. At busy times, learners calling in their own batch hour get priority.

How do I change my batch?

Open the menu on your dashboard and tap My Batch. You can change your batch twice a week, with at least 3 days between changes. Your new batch starts from the next day.
