The refund process takes only a few steps at your end:
1. Open Customer Support inside the app.
2. Tap Request Refund.
3. Share your Trial call experience — a short note about what didn't work for you helps our team process the request faster.
4. Your request goes to the Customer Support team. They'll process your refund within 24 working hours and share a refund tracking number with you.
5. The refund amount is credited back to the same payment method you used to purchase the Trial plan. It typically appears in your account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Prefer email? You can also request a 100% refund of your Trial plan by writing to care@engvarta.com — please make sure to write within 24 hours of using the Trial plan.
