Experts should inform their manager via email or phone call about their intention to quit. It is recommended that experts also schedule a meeting with their manager to discuss the details of their resignation.

The resignation letter should include the expert's name, date of resignation, the reason for leaving, and a brief thank-you note for the opportunity to work with Engvarta.
- What is the minimum time duration for which an expert has to work before quitting?
Experts must work for at least three months before they can request to quit. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, an expert may discuss the possibility of leaving early with their manager.
- What happens to an expert's earnings when they quit?
Experts will receive their earnings up until their last day of work on the 15th of the next month. After that, they will no longer be eligible to earn income through Engvarta.
- Is there any notice period I need to serve?
Yes, the expert needs to serve a notice period of 15 working days and upon completion of the notice period, only the expert can resign.
6. Can an expert reapply to become an Engvarta expert after quitting?
Yes, experts can reapply to become an Engvarta expert after quitting after 6 months. However, they will need to go through the application process again and may not be immediately approved.
